I'll note here that PLUG has a channel on OPN. Just "/join #plug" after
you connect.
Also, if you don't feel like typing "irc.openprojects.net", you can
connect to irc.debian.org, which is the same thing. (The latter has a
CNAME record pointing to the former.)
