Data Network Operations Center

First point of contact for repair on all ICG data services products, including VoicePipe, RAS, DIA, iConverge, Enterprise LAN/WAN and Core Backbone. All first level repair and field operations coordination for data issues are channeled through this group. Issues that are unable to be resolved at this level are escalated to Data NOC Tier II and/or ICG Engineering/Vendor.

Tier II support for the Data Network Operations Center. Issues that are unable to be resolved at this level are escalated to ICG Engineering/Vendor.

Network Performance Group

Team is responsible for supporting the implementation, operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of the ICG nationwide Remote Access Infrastructure, to insure customer SLA compliance.

Annoyance Call Bureau (ACB) & Compliance

Group includes ACB/Subpoena Compliance and Access Management/Site Integrity. The primary contact for ACB activities, working with ICG customers and law enforcement agencies nationwide, and is the first contact point for all subpoenas regarding customer information. Also responsible for Site Security Surveys, Project management, Design, Engineering and Installation of Security, Access and Environmental Alarm systems for security installations and Security POC for site decommissions; Nationwide technical support and System Administration of ABM, Phoenix and MDI Security (SAFEnet) (access control, intrusion detection, facility and environmental alarms) systems; and Security Surveillance during normal business hours. Management and primary responsibility for Nationwide Access Control Program; Physical Security; Information Security (non-network); Incident Management and Investigations; Contract Administration for security guard & Professional Investigative Services; Emergency Planning, Preparedness, and Response; Safety and OSHA Compliance; and the National Industrial Security Program.

Broadband Internet Program Manager/Manager Network Planning

Complete management responsibilities of the Network Operations Center (NOC) for the broadband Internet program. Responsibilities included the development of support systems, Network Management Systems, and executive-level direction of other AT&T business units and vendors.
