Andersen Consulting. After leaving Andersen, moved on to Pepsi Cola, Inc. in their Human
Resources Department. Two years later, became the COO of a Human Resources software
company. I subsequently sold the business for the owner and then became self-employed,
specializing in training development. I currently spend my time volunteering for a number

Managing a 5 person project team in the design and implementation of a marketing plan and
related marketing materials for 35 primary and secondary schools in the Diocese of
Metuchen.
Directed a 6 person project team in the development and implementation of a strategic
plan, a communication plan and new programming for St. James Elementary School, which

Responsible for developing and implementing sales, finance, human resource and consulting
practices and procedures to position HRSoft as it rolled out new products and services.
Directed 15 professionals. Responsible for system-wide sales of $4MM and an internal
budget of $2.2MM. Reported to the Board of Directors and the Chairman, Chief Executive
Officer.
Re engineered the sales function. Developed and implemented sales and customer service
policies, practices and measures, which resulted in $.5MM in new business.
