I held a position in inbound and outbound calls for high volume established business customers. I placed all sales orders and service request for equipment, either order new equipment or having old equipment repaired. I was the contact for the customer therefore providing the customers with products that would best fit their portfolio, which consisted of cross, up-sell, and all product availability.
I lastly held a position in the retention department which consisted of maintaining high risk customers. I provided the customers with gross net-worth and available programs that would help assist to customers to maintain a working business relationship.

I held a customer service position with Concord that consisted of providing customer with all monthly statement inquiries. I provided the customer with statements via fax, email, or mail. This also entitled being able to work at a fast but accurate pace to provide the client with transaction history while they were servicing their customers.
I also held a terminal support position which entitled building the customer terminal profile which allowed the customer the ability to process all EBT,Debit, gift cards, and all major credit cards for all states that applied. In this position I would have to walk the customers through programming and trouble shoot the credit card terminals over the phone.
I was also cross trained in American Express card replacement, activation, and any and all statement information.
