network of National Labs owned by the US Department of Energy and operated by various

- Nuclear Cities Initiative, which provides funding to develop commercial entities within
Russia's formerly closed nuclear cities, in an effort to minimize the impact of the loss
of jobs associated with the downsizing of Minatom related work.
- Dismantlement Transparency Program, which is developing technologies to verify the
removal of plutonium pits from missile warheads without revealing the warhead technology.
- Plutonium Disposition Program, which is working with the Russian Federation to build
facilities in the U.S. and Russia to convert weapons-grade plutonium removed from missile
warheads into a mixed-oxide fuel to use in commercial reactors.

services. Informatics is a small business that provides Engineering, Information

program.
