I'm an Independent Wine Consultant at your service!
I offer wine consultations for weddings, fundraisers, holiday parties and other events. I can assist with choosing wine/champagne/beer for your event. I can assist with food & wine pairings, pairing your chosen menu with wine to be served. I can help plan wine/beer bar set-up and service. I am a certified ABC Manager so I can assist you in obtaining your alcohol banquet license and can then bartend for your event. I have additional bartenders for hire if needed.
I offer consultations for restaurants to assist with building your wine list and can help bring in wines to pair with your cuisine. I can educate your service staff about each of the wines and how to sell them.
I have 7 years of experience in the Food & Wine industry. I have 3 years in the local wine industry with extensive knowledge of VA wines and the industry itself. I have worked in wine sales, consulting, distribution and in wine service in fine dining. I have completed two levels of wine fundamental courses through the International Sommelier Guild and am working towards my Sommelier diploma.
