fiscal constraints. First delivery to City of Lancaster, CA and the Los Angeles
County Sheriffaiis Department on 23 August 2012. Primary activities included
sensor specification, vendor surveys, procurement and aircraft integration. Also
supported pre-integration, RF environment evaluations associated with ground
tracking antenna and radios. System still under operational assessment by LA

US Army Redstone Arsenal Aviation System Test Integration Laboratory (AVSTIL)
in support of Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) test, part of a $20M
development effort. Supported integration of four (4) types of lab simulators (RF,
IR, UV and Laser), to develop a new multi-spectral test capability remotely
operated under secure network control for the Army.

Assigned Aircraft Systems, Local Range RF Monitoring and Frequency De-
conflict. Other responsibilities included oversight of Logistics Support and
Security activities on behalf of the USAF EW Group. Personally directed
operations and maintenance of unique and general support test equipment with
value exceeding $300 Million. Test, Measurement, Diagnostic Equipment
(TMDE) account exceeded 600 items valued in excess of $15 Million. MAXIMO
and other AF-specific on-line systems were used by personnel under my direction
for collecting and tracking corrective maintenance actions within this National
Test Asset.
Responsible for efficient and effectively scheduling labor and equipment resources
to ensure test project schedule or cost are maintained. Employed statistical
methods to determine critical path for each project to avoid any situation that
could adversely impact the projectaiis cost or schedule. In cases where potential
