SUMMARY
I have been involved in the practice of architecture for 38 years on projects valued at $134,000.00 to $10 million in construction costs. My specific expertise has been code research (VAUSBC, ADA, Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Healthcare Facilities), production and detailing of construction documents, specifications in CSI format and construction administration. This also includes experience with BCOM and CPSM requirements in the state work in which I have been involved.
The projects I have primarily dealt with have been Hospital Additions and Alterations, Medical Office Buildings, Collegiate and YMCA Fitness Centers, Collegiate Gymnasium Renovations, Public School Roof Replacements and ADA Alterations. I have also acted as a Senior Project Architect for this work over the last 17 years.
