Developed, from start-up, the Affirmative Action Program at Apollo Group/University of
Phoenix. 60,000+ employees nationally. In this newly created role, I developed and
implemented the systems and processes necessary to comply with Executive Order 11246-
*e.g., HRIS reporting and system requirements, various process improvement initiatives,
etc.
Experience in Diversity strategy planning to develop and implement initiatives
companywide. Experienced in training leadership and staff in EEO/AA compliance, Diversity,
