Heritage Casting & Ironworks Company 2007 – 2012 Worked with Pro-E software to prepare street lights (including pole and arm) assemble drawing, detail drawing and bills of material. Worked with AutoCAD software to make shop drawing according to customer request. Responsible for all proto type design development and shop drawings including casting mold and tools detail drawing. Transfer Pro-E drawing to Solidworks drawing for making animation drawing. Actively involved in trouble shooting progressive in new products. Responsible for material safety analytical calculation.

Mechanical Designer

Shanghai Fundazzle Equipment Manufacturing Company Ltd., China 2000 – 2005 Worked with Pro-E software prepare playground equipment (including indoor and outdoor) assembly drawing,

detail drawing and bills of material. Created assembly drawing for frame, machining and welding. Functioned as product and process information source to diverse customer base. Evaluated and adjusted new designs and detail drawing to ensure practical completion while adhering to children standard for usage and bottom line expenditure.
