Developed blended rate methodology and teamed with Interconnection and Billing Groups to implement contractual rate agreement for reciprocal compensation, saving $90M+ in revenue annually. Teamed with Regulatory to implement a Meet-Point Billing project, saving $5M annually.Provide specifications for development of specialized technical provisioning processes which support new products, specialized customer needs that incorporate technical capabilities, tariff/financial considerations and understanding by field forces on how to order/provision and bill for services.Administer intra and interdepartmental activities required to implement all interstate and intrastate access tariff changes. This included coordination of the system requirements for the rate changes and new service offerings; field notifications and education; procedural implementation; on-site training and customer notification.
