Created and oversaw the development of all service-oriented architecture (SOA) design patterns for the IBM Software group, including authoring The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) e-business patterns, resulting in these patterns being incorporated into the TOGAF e-business framework patterns. Established the 35-member enterprise-wide Global Solutions Offering team, which led the global Master Data Management (MDM) and Information/Application Integration Solutions Offerings practice areas for IBM. Organized entire e-IT staff of approximately 50-53 architects responsible for enterprise planning, budgeting, and sourcing of staff.Architected enterprise Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW), enabling all GE businesses to share customer data. Piloted business process re-engineering programs, resulting in re-engineering of several terabytes of consumer information for new corporate billing and card services processes.
