* Established a North American network of strategic partners and manufactures representatives for Taiwan's largest privately held corporation.
* Within twenty-two months of accepting a corporate turn-around challenge sales were increased by thirty percent and the percentage of gross profits was at a ten year high for that fiscal year. Net income rose to a five year high for that same fiscal period.

* Evaluated two alternate yet equal coupling Suppliers for a major Tar Sands pipeline project. It was quantitatively proven that the customer`s preferred Supplier was $500,000 above current market price levels. These previously unknown cost savings were fully realized following further negotiations on this leveraged buy.
* Avoided a fiscal year end international lawsuit by taking pride and emotion out of the equation and negotiating a win-win settlement. The out of pocket cost was $25,000 the litigation cost avoidance was of significantly greater value.
* Led multiple ten month Kaizen events with Suppliers: Toshiba, TECO-Westinghouse, Siemens and Elliott. The result is the issuance of cleaner Purchase Orders with far fewer errors and omissions. Subsequently being able to issue certified General Arrangement Drawings on time allows for the cost avoidance of front end liquidated damages on software submittals.
* Key contributor in multiple short term Kaizen groups for a variety of internal continuous process improvements.
* Developed two additional lubrication system Suppliers to augment the sole source from spring 2008 to fall 2011. Cost competitiveness increased and double digit savings were realized within this $10,000,000 (circa 2008) annual spend. This also was a risk avoidance maneuver as other Suppliers had been affected by Tornado, Fire and Flood et al.
