Introduction

I am a recent graduate of the University of Toledo, majoring in Interdisciplinary

Studies. After four years in Toledo, I moved to Chicago to pursue a career in I.T. After

working for a year in 'Corporate America', I realized that it wasn't the perfect fit for

me. I would love to get into the ever-growing start-up/entrepreneurial scene in Chicago. I

enjoy the independence and the ability to meet people who are pushing the edge of

technology. I understand the efforts I will have to take to become a household name in the

start-up community but I am up for that challenge.

Implemented and managed a helpdesk/ticket management system using Spiceworks to ensure

all technological problem tickets were handled with quality assurance.

Assisted in the management of the help desk operations by ensuring tickets were

Supported end users by answering technological questions about Windows 7 and its changes

from Windows XP.

Provided ongoing support and troubleshooting for printers such as HP, Xerox, Oki and

Consulted team and company by providing answers and solutions in regards to software

Provided hardware support on Dell and HP computers from replacing NIC cards to upgrading

the RAM.

Supported team by writing go-to manuals and any other technical documentation for

future reference using Microsoft Word.
