Managed and oversaw the full cycle medical logistics process; purchased materials and equipment, performed quality control and expiration checks, maintained storage, and supervised staff.

Supervised two federal employees, two government contractors, and up to five military staff members.

Supported human resources by creating new hire position descriptions, maintained employee payroll records and files, and performed annual employee counseling and reviews.

Planned and executed team member training events and employee development programs; my team was the first in the nation to be certified with -no further training required-.

Managed one of only three Air Force Medical Consolidated Storage and Distribution Centers with over $15 million in inventory including medical equipment, supplies, pharmaceuticals, and vehicles.
