INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
I have a unique combination of skills and experience spanning Media, Events and Entertainment along with the
strategic capacity to balance creative pursuits with commercial realities. Most recently, I was contracted as Project
Manager for the development and international launch of a new music based party game targeted at the youth market,
from writing the business plan/financing proposal through to the development of all multimedia and marketing
platforms. Key to the project was securing a major US R&B music artist to collaborate with, and to manage
negotiations with his management companies (including Universal Music, CAA and Sony Music Publishing). The
project is currently scheduled for a February 2012 launch (n.b detailed info withheld due to confidentiality).
An experienced journalist and content producer, I currently contribute to various international publications including
FRAME, Inside and Poster magazine (Australia) as well as working with a range of corporate clients to produce
content for marketing material, websites, in-house productions, media etc. Prior to the parent company closing in
September 2008, I was the Deputy Editor of POL Oxygen an international, award-winning design, art, fashion
magazine and Online Editor. In addition I managed all communications/marketing for the magazine.
Prior to relocating to New York from Australia in May 2011, I worked extensively with Sydney s foremost special event
production and management company, Cambridge Events. Past productions include Australia s Next Top Model
launch, Sony Fashion 4Ward launch, Vivid Festival Sydney, Sony Foundation - Australian Captain s dinner, Australia

tool, offering value-add to clients through online editorial support, as well as providing a
new revenue stream for the magazine
