I consulted, designed, built, and migrated data into a water utility geodatabase

for the Water Tech Support Department to maintain spatial integrity of utility

assets and maintenance records. Along the way I taught the lead engineers the

best practices for maintaining data integrity.

I also designed and created a series of park district maps along the with a

custom layout manager for seamless future editing by the client or future editor/

moderator.

Interests

My main interests revolve around travel. I have visited all 50 states for recreational or

historical purposes and am about halfway through my second "lap". I have visited about 75

National Park Service sites throughout the continent but my goal is to eventually visit all

350+. I also collect maps and map paraphernalia.

Internationally, I have lived in the United Kingdom for about half a year as well as visited

Canada, Mexico, Italy, Turkey and Australia for recreational and educational purposes. I

believe that regardless of where you are from, you cannot fully understand or appreciate

your own geographic self without experiencing the identities and places of the world around

us.

I own a military bus that I have converted into a National Park RV that is used strictly for

park visits. It has tied in well to another hobby of mine, woodworking and furniture

construction. The interior is 100% customized and a proud point of mine.
