Successfully refurbished a new wire design and cable for section 43-Floor, cargo, and sidewalls in 787-8 line 3, 4, 5 and 6 before schedule and in compliance with Boeing's management ease of manufacturing, interchangeability, replaceability, and strength-weight efficiency.

Comprehensive experience handling a variety of different nonperformance corrective action processes for 787-8 using a velocity system when completing EPD in relation to the area of MRB.

Successfully developed and released a new cable/wire harness detail and assembly design in section 43- floor for the extended 787-9 model airplane line effectively before schedule.

Responsible to provide the wiring partner's wiring installation designer with oversight and Guidance to resolve issues, achieve optimal design solution and meet program schedule.

Also responsible for coordination with airframe systems integration to communicate interface and support requirements

As Boeing electrical VLI are Responsible to provide wire installation at the airplane wiring Supplier with over sight and support in order to resolve issues, achieve optimal design Solutions and meet program schedule. I also design TBS-1,2A and 2B Provisions and incorporate them into the build plan

Develop wiring to structure interfaces Define and deploy wiring interface geometric definition(disconnect Bracket, attachments, penetrations, grounds(studs Blocks and strips) to support APIE 0,1 and 2 Design

Define and negotiate interface request(IRS) (Disconnects attachments, penetrations, termination grounds(stud,Blocks, and strip) with the frame system installation team(ASIT),the airframe Partners and the wiring supplier to support the integrated wiring solution at Ms3 design maturity Prepare baseline integrated work Statements (IWS) for IR/EDS Models. IWS are used when scheduling wiring to structure interface and when WHI/WHP models need to be released to support the program schedule

Prepare Preliminary IR layouts with conceptual attachment penetration, disconnect,termination and ground proposals for review by the airframe partners, airframe system integration, system stress, MP&T and M.E as applicable

Prepare attachment, termination, disconnect, ground, penetration IR/EDS to send to the applicable partners and negotiate interface. Create signoff of action and promote the IR/EDS to Approve once interface agreements are reached.

Prepare ICM as needed by FAD or partners not able to use the IR/EDS process. Approve harness interface/penetration ICM prepared by structure or airframe systems integration (ASIT) Groups. Review partner MBDs and IRMs as needed for wiring interface issues
