The Hartford Group is a leading provider of life insurance, group and employee benefits. Group Benefit Division is Group insurance which is a single insurance policy that covers a specific group of people. The claim is the part of Group Benefit Division in The Hartford insurance. Claim is process to claim the insured money for any accidental or Sickness policy acquired. Claim Application is made up of Oracle forms 10G and oracle 10G as database. Oracle forms modules are stored in separate UNIX database. Claims application has different screen such as dcs, letters, Dairy,etc.

Omnesys project is trading application. Here data migration has been done by one database to another database through flat file. Client of EQUITY and COMMODITY segment has been transferred from TCS database to OMNESYS database. Clients have been retrieved from source database with certain criteria. Here criteria based on EQUITY and COMMODITY segment with dealer id and branch id. The data has been provided with incrementally. This is the big task in the project. Incremental is done by date wise and sequence number. Here 10 files have been provided with validation criteria. Output files have been provided as flat file.

And also these dispatched applications have been checked for their status whether it has been used or not. Unused application has been shifted to other branches. So it helps in economical use of application forms.

Three reports have been designed based on dispatched date, branches and period and branches.
