IATA (International Air Transport Association) - 2005-2006

Represented and supported StB (Electronic Ticket (ET), Common Use Self Service (CUSS), Bar Code Boarding Passes (BCBP), IATA e-Freight, Radio Frequency ID (RFID)) in MENA (include training). Jordan Poverty Alleviation Program (A USAID program) - 2001-2004

Wrote the IT section for the National Strategy for Poverty Alleviation, which was subsequently adopted by the Jordanian government in 2002.Designed the Poverty database, hosted at National Aid Fund (NAF), managing two full time programmers (Oracle, SQL, UNIX and Windows).
