I was a key contributor in the new business development of the following clinical patient services in Houston and Harris County: My role was to work with Administration, Physician Leadership and Operations from market study to completion of construction project:

* Women`s Breast Cancer Center: Comprehensive women`s clinic offering radiology, surgery, genetics consultation, chemo therapy, plastic reconstructive and follow up care in a single milt-specialty clinic that revolved around patient satisfaction. 100% capacity within six months.

* Development of Islet Cell Transplantation program for Type I diabetic patients. Clinical trial phase, partnered with Methodist Hospital.`

* Baylor Multi-Specialty Clinic (OB/GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Liver Center & Transplantation, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery).

* Baylor Outpatient Ambulatory Surgical Center with 5 Operating Rooms.

* Developed community partnership with Physician owned Hospital for GI and Plastic Surgery cases.
