As a NOC Technician I provide services to support the physical IT Structure. Assemble and

customers. I also handle cleaning servers of viruses, and malware as, as well as null

routing the ip addresses of offending servers.

injuries, to aircraft damage, to planes going out late. I also had to discipline my

employees if they did something other then what they were instructed or outside of policy

as this was a life or death job, and people could get seriously hurt. I had to also

coordinate with the other supervisors and make sure they had enough staff and to make sure

they have people for their departments, and if they can help if needed on the ramp.
