As a NOC Technician I provide services to support the physical IT Structure. Assemble and
implement hardware solutions, track physical assets and troubleshoot hardware issues. As
well an answer phone calls, live chats, and tickets, as well as in person visits from
customers. I also handle cleaning servers of viruses, and malware as, as well as null
routing the ip addresses of offending servers.

I dealt with 10 data centers in across the US, in installing the operating systems, doing
hardware upgrades and well as watching for fraudulent orders. I also on occasion had to
fly to the data centers to do big installs and clean up and remove broken and non working

installing Windows 2003 to 2008. I understand cidr prefixes in regards to networking, as

I managed a ramp staff of 3-30 people at a time and am responsible to make sure that all
the aircraft's go out on time, as well making sure that my people in place to meet the
aircraft and to send it back out. I also had to write reports for anything from on the job
injuries, to aircraft damage, to planes going out late. I also had to discipline my
employees if they did something other then what they were instructed or outside of policy
as this was a life or death job, and people could get seriously hurt. I had to also
coordinate with the other supervisors and make sure they had enough staff and to make sure
they have people for their departments, and if they can help if needed on the ramp.
