of the integration activity

associated with Caltex group of companies in this merger. This included baseline cost

development, organizational mapping,

synergy development, governance and presentations to the Chevron and Texaco Executive

Committees.

The merger exceeded synergy target of $800Mill to eventually declare $2.2Bil to the

NYSE. The IMO used leading edge

Integration and Transition Processes in concert with McKinsey Consulting.

identify and rate potential targets.

Several of these were taken to due diligence stage with about a 70% drop our rate due to

compliance issues.
