Using Smartsketch and VisionPak AutoCad software designed working samples out of corrugated fiberboard for clients and potential clients according to their specifications and packaging needs. Consult with clients as to what their packaging needs may be if unknown, providing the best solution at the lowest cost. Provide necessary drawings for production. Provide first piece inspection samples. Meet deadlines for customer samples and production schedules.
Set up and operated Flexographic Rotary Die Cutter for one or two-color orders. Set up die cutter registering all die cut and print impressions according to blueprint. Checked quality, and stacked product for shipment to customer. All work done in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Set up five-color Flexographic Web Press for customer orders. Brought all print into register, maintained quality during order run. Mixed ink colors per customer demands, sometimes formulating color from scratch. Kept machine running in an efficient manner.
