Lisa has a passion for developing leaders at all levels for business and community
organizations across a variety of industries. With more than 15 years as a consultant,
facilitator and coach Lisa has the skills, experience and instinct to help leaders exceed
their goals.

designed and implemented the Ethics training for the companies 200 corporate officers
which helped the company win the Minnesota Business Ethics Award, and launched the
Emerging Leader program. While with Arthur Andersen Lisa managed a variety of strategic,
high-level projects and successfully managed relationships with leaders at all levels of
the organization. Most recently Lisa led a national team at McGladrey, a 7,600+ person
accounting firm, in creating a culture of developing leaders. In this role Lisa worked
