California ISO team member for development of WECC CIM compliant real time state estimator for California power grid systems project. Duties included using ESRI ARCMAP (a CIM model developed by ABB for CAISO) and RANGER (a UNIX based EMS) to draw substation models, verifying models with one-line diagrams and SCADA information, suggesting model changes and consulting with ISO operations engineers. This project was a critical deliverable to complete the California ISO EMS implementation and crucial to their upcoming market redesign.

Duties included HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance and repair, construction supervision, fire code compliance, hazardous waste disposal, field verification of plans and materials procurement for management company of a medium-rise building.
