related to the Business Class Phone, (BCP) Planning for the Texas Regional

office. I evaluate and identify the (BCP)

requirements, assist in gathering project information by attending meetings

and conference calls. I also assist in

analyzing information, using flowcharting and other methodologies to help in

forecasting. I help

in the analysis of

current

processes and recommends solutions and improved processes. I identify gaps

and discrepancies in information gathered. Participate in preparing reports

by drafting content and format. Participate in preparing project planning

materials by recording meeting proceedings and maintaining tracking documents.

Most of my day involves the use of office applications and project scheduling

and flowcharting software and designing PowerPoints.

I was responsible for the support and maintenance of the engineering network,

video on demand systems, Digital Phone Systems and Scientific Atlanta High

Speed Data Equipment. I also coordinated and assisted with other engineering

personnel to accomplish engineering systems hardware and software maintenance,

installation and upgrades. Works with vendors to facilitate resolution

to issues, track software updates for network, VOD and controller components

for the various operating systems within the Division.

I taught Computer Science and Information Technology skills to Form One

to Form 5 students in preparation to the GCSE and HGCSE Certification Boards.

While at Rainbow School, I was in charge of Network installation and maintenance

for the two computer labs as well as advising management on the hardware

and software needs as demand grew.

I developed and maintained the school website while training the students

on website design using HTML and Java Script during Computer Club where

I was the Patron.

SKILLS

I

taught Computer Science for five years in a voluntary program in Botswana,

South Africa that was established as a centre to teach young children and

adolescent’s computer skills and how to access and surf the Internet.

I am currently taking an on-line course in Web Design and I also enjoy playing
