Within one year at Mundo Media I implemented the HR Department, hired 90 people and facilitated the opening of the NY and Amsterdam offices. Cut down recruiting fee's from $200,000.00 per year to $50,000.00. Implemented Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Ceridian Payroll Systems.Within one year, I restructured the recruiting operation of Tucows, reducing annual agency fee costs from $100,000 to 0 and sustained that for 3 years.By ensuring that new hires are aligned not just through skill-set, but also management style and corporate values, have reduced 80% employee attrition to 22% By developing new strategies including a more open HR environment, programs and policies, I have created better communication between management and employees.
