Part of a 2 Billion Dollar American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, (ARRA) which includes (major upgrade to Building Automation Systems and also installing IP based advanced utility metering systems which interface to Government BAS systems as well as a SQL server in Washington DC.
