Operations Manager / Morning Host

As Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the Program Directors of WYRK-FM, WJYE-FM, WBLKFM, JACK-FM, and previous to 2007 WECK-AM; as well as the Engineering Department (Chief Engineer and two full time employees), keeping track of vacation time, comp time and reporting on-going projects tothe Market VP. Responsible for managing the Production Department consisting of 4 Production Directors, the Public Affairs Department of the 4 stations, and the Public Affairs Director and overseeing the WJYE Promotions Director. As Operations Manager directly responsible for the Public Files of the Regent Buffalo Group and maintaining FCC compliance. As Program Director of WJYE, responsible for all on-air content,including programming music, and public-affairs programming that responded to the issues and needs of the Western New York community. Liason between the Regent Buffalo Group and our Corporate Legal Department. As Morning Host of WJYE produced and co-hosted Buffalo's Morning Show, consistently among the top rated morning shows in the Buffalo market.

*During my tenure at WJYE the station maintained consistently high ratings, and was among the Top Adult Contemporary Stations in the Country (Radio Only magazine).

*I assisted in the debut of ALICE@92.9 a unique female-based format in Buffalo, as well as WBUF-FM and the Dancin' Oldies format.

*I debuted Lance Diamond's Saturday Night Fever Program, Saturday nights on WJYE which consistently ranked number one or two with female listeners, 25-54 years of age.
