Customer Support
Received customer support calls for the credit card protection plan service on customers account. Assisted customers in using the features of the insurance and also helped them discontinue as desired. My job was to make sure the customer understood and was able to use the program to their utmost benefit.
If a customer wanted to discontinue use of the insurance, my first goal was to make them aware of the benefits they might lose and attempt to keep them enrolled. If they still decided against it, I would take the program off their account.
After every call I correctly logged and noted the account and made all adjustments necessary. I also assisted customers by directing their calls to correct departments when misguided.

Worked from home answering technical support calls for DirecTv customers. My job was to troubleshoot with the customer regarding their programming and equipment. Assisted customer with any problems that could possibly be resolved over the phone so that they could continue using the service uninterrupted.
If the problem could not be resolved over the phone I established a work order for a technician to go to the customer's home to fix. I also processed payments, ordered equipment and programming as requested by the customer.
All calls were logged and noted correctly to insure the customer's next call into our department would go smoothly without hassle.

I worked in a factory that produced magazines of all types. My job was to feed stacks of printed sections into a machine that assembled them. It was a very fast paced job that required you to keep up with the machine while paying close attention to detail so that any quality issues or misplaced sections did not cost the company products that were unusable which in turn would cost the company money.
There was also a need to act on demand when production became backed up or another job needed to be done first to meet customer deadlines.
