Seeking for Innovation
A journey where I am in continues search for innovation; for a place where I can be more
an Ideation (to be fascinated by ideas, to find connections between things), a Strategic
(finding many ways to proceed, finding patterns & issues), a Futuristic (to be inspired by
future, inspire others about it too), a Relater (create close relations, love working with
friends) and an Activator (make things happen, but often impatient).
Summary
Experienced in portals Architecture, Design, Planning, Infrastructure, Development,
Governance, operations, disaster recovery, portal culture, employees productivities,
enhanced work places, building teams and create companies external presence.

Solutions
Building Portals teams, culture
Need and Business Values:
Companies that were focusing on growth and electronic presence to be lead to establish a
web development team and start building web portals services offerings to scale and to
serve Departments, Teams, Research and Projects needs across the companies. It involved
establishing the team and the infrastructure and then built applications that have
addressed companies business goals.
Portal Governance
Need and Business Values:
Enterprises want to control their portals through governing people, policies and
processes. Mainly focusing on roles and responsibilities, development and operational
policies and establishing processes around the portals along with establishing proper
application development lifecycle.
Roadmaps
Need and Business Values:
Companies already own a full fledge infrastructure that hosts Internet and Intranet
sites. Their design might be suitable for the current environment and needs. However,
there are obstacles preventing smooth operation and ability to scale out and expand. The
goal is to get the IT aligned with core business pillars of the company.
eForms, Human Centric workflows and Business Process Automation
Need and Business Values:
There are companies who are pure paper-process oriented organization. We came up with an
idea to encourage their E-mails utilization by making it the official channel to exchange
business communication. Other companies want to find agile solutions to automate their
human processes and at the same time integrate with their line of business applications.
The solution was to provide an eFrom Portal that will manage the processes, people and
systems plus providing some performance measurements
Stabilizing, Refactoring and Reviews
Need and Business Values:
Company s-Wide systems that utilizes portals as its infrastructure might have number of
serious issues in terms of operation and design. Therefore, the involvement took place to
get the environment with latest updates and establishing best practices. Also, the system
needed to redesign its security assignments vs. roles and responsibilities. Finally, big
part of the engagement was focused on restructuring their sub-sites and splitting them
into bigger site collections.
Establishing Intranet Portals
Need and Business Values:
The solution was mainly about architecting, designing and implementing corporate s
extranet and intranet portals infrastructure to have a corporate presence, collaboration
platform internally and enterprise content management. This involved architecting and
designing Extranet and Intranet development, test and integration and production
environments.
Migrations
Need and Business Values:
As the businesses grow, companies that own large and sophisticated portal environments;
need to migrate from their existing environments to a new technology portal environment
which included hardware, service packs, updates, contents and customizations.
Coaching on Solution Frameworks and Software Methodologies
Need and Business Values:
Companies might have an acquisition of a software development company(s) and they need to
integrate them with the mother company that uses a well-established software development
framework. Usually a representative from the mother company and the coach (me) combined
our effort to make this acquisition smooth trough this framework workshop.
Another similar scenario was about multiple companies are joined in a project and they
need to work together towards a shared goal.
Technology Trainings
Need and Business Values:
Some companies request a set of developed & custom workshop combining different Official
courses Training modules to provide the best content. The customized content of the
training will be taken from the following: Programming with a new development framework
(object oriented skills), Developing Applications for desktops, Programming with XML and
