Leading a team of professionals for thirty three years providing an extensive range of services on behalf of the United States Government to American citizens residing and traveling in the Netherlands. Routine services included adjudicating passport applications, determining eligibility for U.S. birth certificates and consequently U.S. citizenship, and the issuance of death certificates. Emergency services included notification of death to next-of-kin, making disposition of remains arrangements; repatriation of American citizens, both medical and non-medical; extradition of fugitives to the United States, crisis management and disaster planning. Representation to the Dutch Government on issues affecting U.S. Government interests in civil matters affecting U.S. citizens. Liaise with Dutch Government officials, city and provincial officials, and the local business community.
