Provide support to ambulatory clinics during the EPIC Go-Live period. I have served as an on-site lead during Go-Lives. I usually support the providers during the Go-Live period and have spent a lot of time becoming as knowledgeable as I can about in all aspects of the EPIC Dimensions software. I am involved in many areas of the implementation process, including the Pre Go-Live assessments, hardware installs & mapping, and dress rehearsals. I also assist in post Go-Live 1-on-1 support for providers and clinical staff. I am also a member of the Optimization Review team which returns to clinics several months after their Go-Live to assess their use of the system and make recommendations on how they can better utilize the software to improve their practice and efficiency.
