Marketed and booked over $5 Million of experimental holographic laser programs from the U. S. Army and U. S. Navy;
Managed prototype development and definition of follow-on production program for an electronic warfare system; managed as many as 200 engineers from all disciplines (electrical, mechanical, and software);
Managed production statement of work and follow- on production program with the U. S. Air Force; Negotiated and secured first production order;
Managed Sidewinder missile support programs; successfully implemented a co-production program with a major German defense firm; developed program and managed design and fabrication of automatic test equipment, special support equipment and repair documentation for a depot repair facility in Israel.
