EPC-2, Sakhalin-1 Phase 1 Development, a part of Exxon Neftegas Ltd. Sakhalin-1 $12 billion project. Construction of Oil Export Marine Terminal in De-Kastri, Khabarovskyi reg.

Reporting directly to Technical Interface Manager and Onshore Pipeline Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities included:

Performed TEOC (Technical Substantiation of Construction) approval support services for Sakhalin -1 project

Reviewed of Sakhalin -1 detailed design drawings and specifications, ensured that design was in full accordance with the Client’s requirements, conceptual design and applicable International and local codes and standards

Responsibility for Oil Terminal early works:

Participated in contract commercial bid evaluations, contract awards

Managed sub-contractors on preparation and approval of Works Execution Plan, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental plans

Construction of new preliminary oil treatment plant for LUKOIL in Kharyaga. World Bank financed project. The facility of Kharyaga is designed to handle 68, 000 BPD of produced fluid from existing production wells.

Liaison with the Client and engineering contractor on design change requests, specifications and statutory requirements

Planned and organized the movement of equipment and materials to the site, ensure that equipment and materials are received in accordance with delivery schedules

Supported Project Manager in overseeing and control all jobsite expenditures for labor, equipment, material and services to ensure construction is within budget

Coordinated of sub-contractors teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumental, commissioning and startup teams) including quality and programme monitoring
