* Single-handedly implemented $55MM tax referendum to design and construct two new schools and renovate three existing schools for small, newly established growing school system (within less than 3 years.) Reported directly to Superintendent of Schools and 7-person Board of Directors.

* Major renovations ($12MM to 3 existing schools) over two summers with 2 architects and 2 construction contracts; Constructed 2 new state-of-the-art schools accomplished with 1 architect and 4 major construction contracts; $46MM project (87-acre campus, 9 steel framed inter-connected buildings with brick facade totaling more than 250,000 sf, 1 miles of roadway, 4 parking lots, detention ponds and ball fields.) Separate $1M roadwork project accommodates 4 entrances to new schools, including "roundabout" intersection. On time/within budget.

* Selected/acquired land; selected/retained architectural engineering firms and specialty consultants; solicited, procured and implemented all construction contracts; Interacted with all governing jurisdictional agencies.

* Developed and administered smaller projects to meet school systems needs concurrent with above project.

* Assigned, coordinated and oversaw construction management and administration work of two general engineering consultants with resident engineer teams.
