* Maintained an excess and obsolete rate of .5% of revenue by managing option transitions and end-of-life transitions at the commodity level. This was previously managed at the platform level, limiting the flexibility to consume E & O. Previous E & O targets were 2.5-3% of revenue.

* Responsible for outsourcing Server and Storage manufacturing from the U.S. to Mexico. This included the planning and procurement activities for chassis, processors, hard drives, optical drives, software, and accessories. Overall cost reduction of 20%.
