Career Summary:

I have more than 9 years of professional work experience in contract and project management. I negotiated, revised, implemented and managed different types of contracts from cradle to grave, from data gathering, initiation and negotiation to pre and post award, compliance and renewal. It consisted of but not limited to sourcing and procurement, technical assistance and license agreements. I prepared LOI, RFI, RFP, RFQ and NDA as well as bid tender documents or responses. Developing contracts financial and technical feasibility studies, budgeting and resource allocation, cost analysis and price setting and participating in tenders could be highlighted among my other responsibilities as well.

I led inter-departmental and inter-subsidiary cross functional teams to manage complex agreements in corporate level where I monitored the progress of strategic contracts and the performance of the assigned project managers in our subsidiaries by concentrating on contracts` obligations, critical milestones and major deliverables. Matrix of deliverables and master mile stones along with the matrix of responsibilities has been my main tool to control the progress of the contracts. Holding frequent weekly/bi-weekly follow up meetings with the project managers and stakeholders to proactively anticipate and manage risks was the essential part of my job. I prepared numerous presentations and reported directly to the holding corporation CEO.

I concentrated in Global Business in VT MBA program. In addition to MBA general classes I participated in "Principles of Negotiation" and "International Contracts" courses too. I`m a NCMA member and am seeking to obtain my CPCM certification very soon.
