PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Personnel Coordinator 12/08 - 07/11 at Maxim Healthcare Services in Exton, PA.

Responsible for maintaining federal, state and company mandated healthcare compliance requirements for approximately 130 employees. Including, but not limited to addressing employees inquiries on compliance policies and procedures, employee benefits. Processed worker's compensation, unemployment claims distribute payroll.

Responsible for the entire new hire process. Responsible for running all background checks, verification of professional licenses, grading of pre-employment screening exams, calling for employment verifications according to compliance standards for all new hire applicants and re-checking current employees' background checks as stated per policy.

Greeted and assisted new applicants with application. Informed candidates of information relevant to the application process. Relayed important information about documentation/requirements needed for consideration of employment.

Accountable for completing and maintaining personnel file format for all new hire and current employees' files. Advised benefit eligibility and relays benefit information to employees.

Accurately entered all new hire employee information into company's database. Maintained accuracy of employee information in the personnel database, called Infomax.

Analyzed/corrected branch's HR Quality/Compliance Metric Reporting to corporate.

Contacted and coordinated schedules for new hire orientation. Facilitated new hire orientation programs. Arranged appointments for current employees to meet with myself or other personnel. Additional tasks,, duties and special projects as requested by management.

Advised employees' compliance requirements that were due. Supervised employees to ensure that employees that were not within compliance standards did not work until requirements were satisfied and file was brought up to date to compliance standards.
