Provided engineering and technical support services to the Executive Transport Helicopter (VH) Integrated Program Team (IPT) and the VH Testbed Support Facility (TSF).

Assisted VH project test team members in test and evaluation, design, development, fabrication, and integration of new VH avionic system upgrades and data collection systems used for analyzing test data from various avionic and software upgrades under test.

Led maintenance and configuration control on NVH-3A baseline test racks and was a task leader during development and fabrication of new Communication Navigation System Upgrade (CNSU) and Midlife Up-Grades (MUG) test racks used to emulate avionic functions of both the VH-3D and VH-60N platforms when installed in the test bed helicopter.

Provided technical and engineering support for the VH Testbed Support Facility (TSF), in development of data collection packages using COTS equipment for recording, analyzing and presenting test data gathered from various systems under test. Data collected included audio (ICS), video from onboard cameras, 1553B, RS-232, RS-422, and ARINIC 429 data formats.

2007 - Provided engineering and operational test support to KC-135 Automatic Air Refueling (AAR) project for UAV's. Responsible for the fabrication and wiring of the Tactical Targeting Network Terminal (TTNT) equipment, instrumentation racks (data collection) and installation/test of equipment in the KC-135 and test aircraft. Provided test support during multiple flight tests at Niagara Falls AFB in July 2007.

2006 - Provided engineering and operational test support Office of Naval Research (ONR) during development and testing of the Silverfox UAV. Designed and built power supply for suitcase Command and Control ground stations. Assisted in the design and wiring of all components required for ground station. Provided operational test support during flight testing in Yuma, AZ.

2006 - Temporary assigned to assist CH-53 program office in solving AN/APR-39(V)1 Part 1 deficiency. Investigation revealed a large 28vdc power drop on No. 3 bus when landing lights turned on causing the APR-39 system to shut down. Designed and built a 28vdc hold up box which was installed and successfully tested at HMX-1 Quantico.

2006 - Provided engineering support to the HH-60S program during development of the Digital Moving Map Junction Unit (DMJU). This system provided the aircrew with a Situational Awareness moving map capability. Designed and built the power system for the DMJU and successfully conducted all MIL-STD power transient tests as required

2003-2005 - Provided engineering and operational test support to Air Combat Command (ACC) during Bomber Enhanced Tactical Interface (BETI) proof of concept tests. This project provided the B-52 with a situational awareness moving map system to all crew members. Designed and built AC to DC power distribution system for all BETI equipment ie. Flat panel LCD displays, Dusz mounted client computers, Main system LRU which contained computers, Viasat IDM, PC IDM, and memory units for map data. Developed the Satellite Waveform (SWS) selector switch which allowed secure and unsecure LOS and BLOS communications to air/ground stations via the AN/ACR-210 radio system. Also installed and integrated into the BETI system was a Link 16 terminal and MATT radio for intelligence updates and map overlays

2003-2006 - Instrumental in the development and deployment of the TAMMAC Lite kneeboard Situational Awareness moving map system. Delivered 125 systems to the HH-60G community providing training and logistics support. Using FalconView (PP Interfaced to the 1553 data bus for position (GPS) and MATT radio, this system provided the aircrew with situational awareness and intelligence data for aircrew utilization. Delivered additional units to the 1st and 2nd MEF in addition to provided training pilots and aircrew.
