Scope : T his project is based on Mail Server. Many features can be

added such as using a comma we can send mail to different users or e-mail ids. I t

generally we can send mails, can receive mails and also we can delete the mails. Here no

other user can’t create his account in this server unless until admin accepts his/her

request that they want to create the account in this particular server.

Responsibility : Coding, designing and report making.

D escription : T he project keeps t rack of the account holder’s details and their

account information, all types of t ransaction and opening new

accounts. I t automates the process of sending and receiving of mails

i n the account. The main aspect of the project is to help the

administrator to keep all the details in the database so that he can

refer to any account holders bio data in any interval of time. The

p roject aims to keep all the records and bio data up to date in order to

refer to the account at any instant. Here no account holder has the

r ight to send any fraud/false data to other users, if so done then

admin can block his account.
