ENGINEERING PROJECT:
AUTOMATED SORTING SYSTEM April-2012

• Built the automatic sorting system to sort different type of material to different locations
• Created a Robotic arm with 5 servo motors and operated with microcontroller by programming through Arduino
• Utilized four IR Proximity sensor, to start and stop conveyor and to detect the presence and height of the material and Conveyor belt operated with 12V dc motor
• Designed and prepared control panel to display all work on LCD,
• Constructed Casing box for project with emergency door and emergency stop button
• Made all the required circuitry for the project on circuit boards with soldering equipment, while taking precaution of short circuit and confirming continuity of wires
OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE:
• Industrial Training at Northern Railway Mechanical Workshop in Wagon Shop of Mig and Arc Welding and Riveting and in Diesel Shop (operation of engine) from June 2007 to July 2007 as a parts of Mechanical engg. study in Amritsar, India
• Industrial training and information of various Parts of boiler and its function to run turbine with steam produced, at Khasa Distillery company from December 2007 to January 2008 as a part of study
