Served as lead UX designer for the SabreSonic Web Site Admin Tool software product. Provided daily guidance to two designers in Krakow, Poland. Collaborated with a large group including: three separate development teams, multiple business analysts, business stakeholders, and airline customers to craft an excellent user experience for the product.

Worked closely with product managers and business analysts to produce business requirements documents, feature specifications, and Agile user stories.

Participated in frequent Agile team meetings (Scrum planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to provide UX input and guidance to an Agile product development process.
