Project 2 : Hi-Tech 1.0 - Functions of Human Resource(Apr 2012 To Till

date):

Human Resources is exactly it says: resources for humans - within the

workplace! Its main objective is to meet the organizational needs of the

company it represents and the needs of the people hired by that company.

This covers salaries, performance appraisal bonuses, vacation pay, sick

leave pay, Workers' Compensation, and insurance policies such as medical,

life. To maintain the information of employee performance reports are

designed using Report Layout Utility which helps company to keep track of

performance appraisal, payroll process and routine decision making in all

the areas of Human Resource Department.

Contribution :

To change the existing code as per the request raised by the client..

To convert functional specification into technical specification.

Enhancement / Development of the module when work request received from

client side.

Project1: Electronic Punch Records (Jun 2011 To Mar 2012):

This project is design for maintained the records of each employee in the

company for each day, the time of Login (entry to office) and the time of

Logout. User-friendly GUI is provided for the employee to login and submit

the information to denote arrival time. The same way employee is provided

with a GUI after login to denote Logoff for the day.
