Professional Experience:
1) Renesas Mobile Corporation (Acquired from Nokia) Bangalore, India (December 2010 – June
2012) as a Software Engineer
Project: BFAT (Boomerang Fast Automation Test System)
BFAT is the Test Framework for executing the test cases automatically. BFAT is used internally for
Layer 1 protocol testing various mobile platforms and consists of the various services interacting with
the hardware devices through interface and internally with each other using soap communication and
TCP-IP protocol.
As a Developer Involved In:
Making the changes to support the new R&D platforms.
Bug fixing and support for the testing new platforms.
Issue Identification and defect tracking using synergy tool.
2) Nokia Private Limited R&D, Bangalore, India (April 2010 – December 2010) as a Software
Engineer
Project: BFAT (Boomerang Fast Automation Test System)
3) HSBC Global Technology Limited, Pune, India (August 2006 – 12 April 2010), as a Software
Engineer
Project: C2Gphase3.3 (Cimphony 2nd generation)
As a part of migration of C2G Gateway and site from C1G to C2G involves the design of plugin for
Aspect PBX, to replace the direct communication of the client application (Agent Desktops) with the
2
ECR.This part was taken by the CTI and all the request coming from the client application reaches to
ECR (Enterprise Call Routing Application) through CTI, for further processing. The Client plugin is
loaded by console application and it provides exposed functions required at Gateway and Site C2G to
communicate with ECR.
Design and development of the Plug Ins to make it backward compatible and reusable with all
the versions of the CTI. The plug-in will get loaded during Flow Engine Initialization and will
expose the all necessary functionalities required by CTI server to communicate with SBR/ECR.
Using Multithreading, singleton pattern and TCP/IP to design the Plug Ins.
Performed end to end unit testing, integration testing, review and Support activities
Project: IVR Application development and C2G Phase 3.2.1
1. UniqueCallId Implementation:
As part of the call tracing in the call centre environment this unique feature was added to the C2G
product. This was implemented in Avaya CTI. This unique call id was used to monitor the call till its
life cycle.
2. Event logging Enhancement:
This involves the enhancing the existing feature of the CTI product used for debugging purpose. This
involves the filtering of the events in the event viewer on the basis of the filtering levels.
3. Agent Filtering:
This feature was added for the Avaya CTI as there is no agent monitoring feature provided by Aspect.
This was implemented in CTI for processing the events of only the registered agents.
4. IVR Application development for Asia Pacific:
This involves the development, deployment and production support of the requirement gathered and
change requests for Asia Pacific Region.
As a Developer Involved in:
Development of CTI Product and Actively Participated in the requirement analysis
Involved in Use case learning, IDRs and Code Reviews.
Worked on change requests and Enhancement in the existing client.
Provide technical assistance to other subsystems. Also actively involved into Production release
support activities, troubleshooting Peer review, Unit testing, load testing, deployment and Client
meetings.
Actively participated in the Software configuration Management and the QA.
Actively participated in providing the setup for testing the CTI as a product which mainly includes
database configuration.
3
Actively participated in full software testing life cycle including unit testing, system testing, load
testing and regression testing.
Also participated in developing the test cases, test plans using QC tool.
