As a Credentialed Trainers I was responsible for mastering both Epic
application and NYU Langone Medical Center's operational workflows. My
Epic credential is for the Optime application, in which I was able to
master the functionality, workflow and the train the nurses, and surgeons
on how to use the system, and reinforce the importance of the electronic
patience record. I provided end-user training support prior to, during, on
the spot, and after go-live. As a Credentialed Trainer I also assisted the
Principal Trainers in testing, creating, and maintaining training
materials.

knowledge of the application and gaining a detailed understanding of
NYU workflows and system configuration.
