Restructured registration process at Dreyer Oswego Clinic resulting in

o Productivity (patients served/hour) improvement of 93% by the front desk staff

o Improvement of 85% in reducing the processing time by consolidating the check-in, co-pay collection

and patient registration at each station, improving resource usage and customer satisfaction metrics

Started a Lean Morning Market process that provided prioritization of departmental issues for management

Played crucial role in merging three courier departments and thus reduced the number of staff resources (from

12 to 4) used for the same job (Medical Records, Postal Departments and Parts Market Department)
