underground sealing wall (shoring system wall), peat bog removal (20,000

m3) and un-shrinkable concrete fill (20,000 m3).

. Supervise development projects in City of Toronto subdivisions, roads and

underground utilities.

. Managed the construction company realizing customer build projects

including cost estimating and job scheduling.

. Assisted in the supervision and coordination process with the production

control and with designers and architects of the projects.

. Managed and oversaw various Government & Municipal facilities, buildings

and open spaces of Human Resource Department, Slovakia

. Work effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality

and quantity of construction work following technical specifications and

budgeting.

. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Estimating software Heavy-

Bid, Synchro 2000.

. Languages: Slovak, Czech, Russian and Polish

Construction Background

. Contract Administration & Site Inspection for roads, water and waste

water constructions as well as new development constructions.

. Maintain Daily/Weekly Progress Reports, verify invoices, witnesses tests

and utilizing applicable procedures, codes & standards to evaluate tests

and inspectors reports.

. Issue Progress Payment Certificates, Change Orders, Instruction Notices

and Minutes of Meetings.

. Document any deficiency and bring the contractor's attention with

Notification of Deficiency.

. Prepared data analysis and data collection for operations and

installation work of contractors and subcontractors (asphalt, concrete,

underground utilities etc.)
