prepared hard Bids for Various Housing Projects and Institutional

Buildings. As Project Manager also executed all related Civil Works for a

Residential Housing Project consisting of 948 Pre-Cast Residential

Apartments.

April 1979 - December 1981

Responsible for maintenance of all Civil and related works of five Hand

tool manufacturing plants near Delhi. Modernized the Plant Layout. Designed

and executed mini Water Treatment Plants in all five Plants. Constructed

Heavy Foundations and Installed Electricity Generators in all five Plants.

December 1976 - June 1978

Responsible for Construction of Power Plant & Ancillary Building for

World's Largest Sugar Refining Plant near South of IRAN. Civil Work

included, Excavation, Heavy Foundations, Cable Trenches, Block

Masonary,Casting & Erection Of Precast RCC Columns and Beams. Erection of

Trusses and Laying of Roof Sheets. Also supervised construction of small

Road Bridges & Culverts. Also worked in the Netherlands.

April 1975 - November 1976

Land Surveyed & Prepared Feasibility Report For an Industrial Cableway (55

km Long) in North East of India. Executed Civil Works for Trestle & Station

Fdns. of an Industrial Cableway (18 KM long) in North West of Iran.

September 1972 - March 1975

Executed Civil works Industrial Cableways in Western Uttar Pradesh which

included Trestle and Station Foundations. Industrial Cableways at Andamans

Cableway for Army.
